Post Scriptum
This was quite a fun project for me but there are still a couple of unexplored areas left.
- I don't know how to read static fields of objects
- I don't know if scanning the entire memory is an efficient way to find objects
- I don't know how to do memory reading on windows
- I don't know how to properly deploy this application on windows. Without docker and x11 and such.
- I don't know how all of this will work with wayland
- I don't know how any of this will interact with BINMAT because I haven't really touched it yet
- I still need to write about hackmud in a box. TODO!
If you know the answer to any of these questions please let me know! I want this repo to become a goto resource when it comes to writing OOGs for hackmud. Your knowledge can be a missing piece of the puzzle!
You can contact me on discord as @cake_eater or send an email to ruslan.taranov.sakh@gmail.com Or even better, just open a pull request with your own guide additions. If you scroll to the bottom of each page, there's an Edit this page on GitHub button that you can use.
I hope you enjoyed the guide. If you've made it this far, you have my respect!
